1 cup fresh orange juice*
1 cup water*
1 cup Spinach
½ cup Cucumber
¾ cup Bananas
2 tablespoons Mint
*keep the ratio of orange juice and water the same to balance acidity.
You can also use any other fruits in place of bananas like berries, apples etc.
- Put the fruits in the blender and blend it for 15 secs
- Put the water and orange juice. Blend it till it makes a smooth mixture and all fruits have mixed properly.
