But its the most difficult fat to loose making many people give up their efforts to loose it. However you can get rid of belly fat naturally with some changes in your lifestyle.
Control your diet
Eat fiber-rich foods like fruits, leafy vegetables eg spinach, and whole wheat bread. Incorporate a lot of fruits and vegetables and make it a major portion of your daily consumption
Say no to sugar
