Everyone wants to have beautiful hair with a simple and cheap hair care routine. Most people find it tiring and often give up due to the multiple treatments and expensive products. However you can easily achieve beautiful hair by just changing your lifestyle

  1. Oil your hair with this miraculous recipe

Castor oil is rich in omega 3 and fatty acids. It will help retain moisture as well as making your hair longer and stronger due to vitamin E. Mustard oil has herbal properties which can effectively treat your scalp conditions as well as aid hair growth. Almond oil is full of proteins which form the base of the hair. Adequate amounts of protein will make you hair stronger and healthier.

Recipe; Mix the following oils and massage them on your scalp once a week.

  • ½ tbsp of castor oil
  • 1 tbsp of mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp of almond oil

 

  1. Brush your hair before washing them.

It will prevent excess tangles after washing your hair which can prevent breakage and thinning of hair. It will also ease post-wash combing.

 

  1. Braid your hair lightly before going to bed

This will prevent overnight tangles and frizzy hair. It will also limit breakage and will make brushing your hair 10x easier in the morning. However make sure the braids aren’t too tight to avoid discomfort

 

  1. Avoid using too much water to wash your hair

Since a lot of countries or areas usually have hard water (water with high mineral content) which often leads to grey hairs with a lot of hair fall and brittle hair. Make sure you just wash off the shampoo residue and make your hair damp.

 

  1. Only shampoo your roots

The shampoo is only meant for your scalp. Shampoo is used to remove the excess oils and dirt which is usually found only in the roots. Using it on your length will remove the necessary oils and nutrients. Also try using sulfate-free shampoos or organic shampoos if you can afford them.

 

  1. Always condition your hair

This is necessary to regain the lost moisture from your drying shampoo as well as to give it volume and smooth the hair texture. Don’t condition the scalp though, it will create unwanted grease.

 

  1. Use coconut oil on damp hair

After you dry your hair and remove the excess water, take 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and rub them on the length of your hair. It will give it a beautiful shine and a healthy look.

 

  1. Don’t rub your hair vigorously.

Don’t rub your hair with a cotton towel as it creates friction which leads to breakage and too much frizz. It’s better to use your cotton t-shirt for drying purposes.
