Green Energy Booster;

A quick breakfast and a post-workout smoothie recipe

This smoothie can easily fill you up and boost your energy after a full-blown cardio session or a tiring day. At less than 200 calories and several health benefits, it’s the perfect fit for a healthy diet.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh orange juice*

1 cup water*

1 cup Spinach

½ cup Cucumber

¾ cup Bananas

2 tablespoons Mint

*keep the ratio of orange juice and water the same to balance acidity.

You can also use any other fruits in place of bananas like berries, apples etc.

Recipe

  1. Put the fruits in the blender and blend it for 15 secs
  2. Put the water and orange juice. Blend it till it makes a smooth mixture and all fruits have mixed properly.
  3. Put it in a glass and enjoy it.
